*** *** ý Impacts and Aspects of the Israeli Genocidal War on the Gaza Strip*** *** PPS: Israel is legalizing revenge against detainees amid international complicity Tuesday 10-February-2026 RAMALLAH, (PIC) The Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) has warned that Israel is moving toward a “highly dangerous phase” of punitive escalation against Palestinian detainees, following revelations by Israeli Channel 13 about preparations inside Israeli prisons to implement a death penalty law against prisoners. In a statement issued on Monday, the organization said the reported measures amount to the “peak of the ongoing genocide against Palestinian prisoners,” describing them as part of a broader policy aimed at legalizing revenge under the cover of law. The group said Israel is accelerating efforts to pass the execution law in its final form, amid what it described as “international complicity and a complete failure to protect thousands of prisoners,” as legal and humanitarian safeguards for detainees continue to erode. According to the statement, these steps are designed to institutionalize retaliation against prisoners and to impose an unprecedented escalation in repression inside Israeli prisons, at a time when Palestinian detainees face shrinking legal protections at both the domestic and international levels. Channel 13 reported that the Israeli occupation authorities have, in recent days, begun special preparations to enforce the law, which has already passed its first reading in the Knesset. These preparations reportedly include the construction of a dedicated execution complex within the Israeli prison system, the establishment of detailed procedures, and the training of selected prison staff, alongside consultations on practices used by other countries. The report said the new execution site will be referred to as the “Israeli Green Corridor” and that executions would be carried out by hanging, with three guards simultaneously pressing an activation button. Under the proposed framework, executions would take place within 90 days of a final judicial ruling. Israeli sources cited by the channel said the law would initially be applied to prisoners accused of belonging to elite units of the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, whom Israel alleges took part in the 7 October 2023 attack. The scope of the law would later expand to include Palestinian prisoners convicted of carrying out attacks in the occupied West Bank. Days earlier, 12 United Nations experts urged Israel to withdraw the proposed death penalty legislation, warning that the Israeli military legal system in the occupied Palestinian territories is incompatible with international law and violates fundamental human rights standards. The PPS said the proposed law cannot be separated from the broader context of genocide against Palestinians, stressing that prisons have become an extension of Israel’s wider system of collective punishment. *** Hamas urges mediators to curb Israel’s ceasefire violations in Gaza Tuesday 10-February-2026 GAZA, (PIC) The 'Hamas Movement has said that the Israeli occupation army persists in escalating its ceasefire violations in the Gaza Strip by deliberately targeting civilians and their homes under “false pretexts.” In a statement released on Monday evening, 'Hamas spokesman 'Hazim Qasim accused the Israeli occupation of flouting the efforts of mediators and sponsoring countries seeking to maintain calm in Gaza. The spokesman urged these parties to take a decisive stance to oblige the Israeli regime to end its violations and comply with the ceasefire agreement. On Monday, six Palestinians were martyred in Israeli attacks in Gaza, amid ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement that took effect on October 10, 2025. Since then, the Israeli army has demolished dozens of homes and carried out attacks that killed over 581 Palestinians and injured 1,553 others. *** ****** Gaza: Death toll climbs to 72,037 martyrs Tuesday 10-February-2026 GAZA, (PIC) The death toll from the Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, which started on October 7, 2023, has surged to 72,037 martyrs, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Heath in Gaza, on Tuesday morning. The Ministry added that the total number of the wounded also surged to 171,666 people. In its daily report, the Ministry also reported that hospitals received five civilian bodies, and five wounded people over the past 24 hours. Since the ceasefire agreement took effect on October 10, 2025, at least 586 Palestinians have been killed, and 1,558 others have been injured. *** Five Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks in central Gaza Tuesday 10-February-2026 GAZA, (PIC) Five Palestinian civilians were martyred in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip, amid other ceasefire violations persisting for the 122nd consecutive day in different areas of the coastal enclave. Local media sources reported that an Israeli warplane targeted two civilians riding an electric bike near the entrance of El-Musaddar village in central Gaza, killing them instantly. The martyrs were identified as 'Aasim Abu Hoali and A'hmed Abu Dthan. Earlier, a woman identified as 'Abeer 'Hamdan succumbed to serious bullet injuries shortly after Israeli occupation forces opened fire at her in central Gaza. Two other citizens were injured in the morning by Israeli gunfire in Gaza City’s El-Zaytoun neighborhood. Later in the afternoon, medical sources reported that two more civilians were martyred in Israeli shooting attacks in northern and southern Gaza. Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes carried out five airstrikes on Rafa'h in southern Gaza early Tuesday. The Israeli occupation army also launched an artillery attack on the eastern areas of Gaza City, while Israeli forces carried out two demolitions east of Khan Younus in southern Gaza and opened fire in the city center. Another Israeli demolition operation took place east of Gaza City, while Israeli gunboats reportedly opened heavy gunfire in the southern coastal waters of the Strip. On Monday, six civilians were killed, including four in an Israeli strike that targeted an apartment near the Suwaid al-Nasr area in the west of Gaza City. *** Two Palestinians killed, another injured in renewed Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip Monday 9-February-2026 GAZA, (PIC) Two Palestinian citizens were martyred and another one was injured on Monday in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip, amid other ceasefire violations persisting for the 121st consecutive day in different areas of the coastal enclave. Medical sources reported in the morning that Nabeel El-Ra'h-'hal, 54, was killed by Israeli gunfire in the town of Bait Lahya, northern Gaza. A fisherman was also injured by Israeli drone fire as he was on the beach of Rafa'h in southern Gaza. Later in the afternoon, farmer Khalid Baraka was shot dead by Israeli forces east of Dair El-Bala'h in central Gaza. Meanwhile, Israeli armored vehicles opened fire towards El-Fala'h School in the 'Asqoola area of Gaza City’sEl-Zaytoun neighborhood. The Israeli occupatin forces also carried out demolitions and artillery shelling in their deployment areas in El-Zaytoun neighborhood. Loud, successive explosions were heard east of Gaza City, resulting from the detonation of booby-trapped armored vehicles and additional demolition operations. In southern Gaza, Israeli warplanes carried out airstrikes targeting areas east of Khan Younus, amid intense aerial activity over the southern areas of the Strip. In eastern Khan Younus, Israeli forces detonated residential buildings, while gunboats opened machinegun fire into the city’s coastal waters. *** Palestinian child killed in Gaza amid ceasefire violations Sunday 8-February-2026 GAZA, (PIC) In a new breach of the ceasefire agreement, Israeli occupation forces shot and killed a Palestinian child on Sunday evening in El-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City. The child, identified as Mu'hammed El-Sara'hi, aged 16, was killed near the Salahuddeen Mosque in the same area, according to local reports. The child’s murder brings the total number of Palestinians killed in Gaza on Sunday to six, including a woman who succumbed to injuries from a prior airstrike. Since the ceasefire came into effect in October 2025, continuous Israeli violations have resulted in the killing of over 580 civilians and left hundreds more injured. *** PGMO: Only 397 passengers crossed Rafa'h since February 2, 2026 Tuesday 10-February-2026 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Government Media Office (PGMO) in Gaza reported on Monday that only 397 people out of 1,600 expected passengers were able to travel through the Rafa'h border crossing since its reopening on February 2. This came in a report covering Palestinian arrivals and departures through the crossing from Monday, February 2, to Monday, February 9, 2026. According to the report, a total of 225 passengers were able to depart during that period, with the majority of them leaving to receive medical treatment abroad. In contrast, arrival records showed that 172 citizens returned to the Gaza Strip during the same period. The report also noted that 26 passengers were denied passage and were sent back without any stated reasons, adding that the Rafa'h crossing was closed to passenger movement on Friday and Saturday. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý Palestinian woman injured, child kidnaped during IOFs raids in the West Bank Wednesday 11-February-2026 WEST BANK, (PIC) A Palestinian woman was injured by Israeli occupation army gunfire on Tuesday evening during a military raid in El-Beereh City, east of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank. According to local sources, the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) stormed the city’s Jabel El-Taweel neighborhood, firing live rounds at residential homes. A woman was reportedly struck by shrapnel while being inside her house and was rushed to the hospital for medical assistance. Israeli soldiers also opened fire at a car belonging to a Palestinian citizen in the central district of El-Beereh City, for no reason. In another incident, Israeli forces kidnaped in the evening a Palestinian child and assaulted members of his family during a raid on his grandfather’s house in Beit Ummar town, north of al-Khalil. Several citizens also suffered from exposure to tear gas when soldiers attacked them in Bait Ummar. * **IOFs kidnap several Palestinians from homes in West Bank Wednesday 11-February-2026 WEST BANK, (PIC) The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) kidnapped a number of Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank last night and at dawn Wednesday. According to local sources, the IOFs kidnapped Maha El-Rifa’ie from her home in the town of 'Anata, northeast of Jerusalem, claiming she posted inciting Facebook content. In Bethlehem, a young man was taken prisoner following an IOFs raid in El-Fawaghra neighborhood in the city center, while another was kidnaped from his home in the town of Teqoa, southeast of the governorate. In Nablus, the IOFs kidnapped seven young men after raiding their homes in different areas of the province, including the city, Balata refugee camp and Sebastya town. In El-Khaleel (Hebron), the Israeli occupation forces kidnaped three young men from Idthna town and another one from the city’s al-Aqsa neighborhood. Nine citizens were also taken prisoner following IOFs raids on homes in Yatta City, south of El-Khaleel (Hebron). *** Palestinian National Commission: Israel’s annexation plan ends Oslo Accords, necessitates national unity Wednesday 11-February-2026 In this context, the Commission brings the following facts to the public: The final death knell for the Oslo Accords The Commission considers these decisions to be the final nail in the coffin of the “Oslo Accords” and its annexes, by effectively abolishing the geographical classifications of Areas A, B, and C and imposing absolute Israeli sovereignty. This completely terminates any illusion of a political settlement and the granting of free concessions practiced by the leadership of the PA and the PLO, which the occupation has exploited for years as a cover for its settlement expansion. Warning of mass legal violations of international law The measures to declassify land records, the legalization of property theft and the transfer of administrative powers over the Ibrahimi Mosque and the heart of al-Khalil, constitute a grave breach of international law and resolutions. The Commission emphasizes that these policies aim to enforce demographic changes and entrench an Apartheid regime through sham legal instruments designed to legitimize settlement. Condemnation of international negligence and political hypocrisy The Commission deplores the international silence and negligence regarding these schemes. The fact that international powers limit themselves to statements of “concern” without taking deterrent punitive measures or implementing a comprehensive boycott of the occupation, is a form of political hypocrisy that encourages the occupation authorities to proceed with the crime of systematic settlement expansion. Call for national unity, joint action based on confronting and countering these illegal measures The Commission believes that confronting this encroachment can only be achieved through genuine national unity based on confrontation, and by abandoning reliance on a settlement with the occupation. The current moment demands that the leadership of the Palestinian Authority and the PLO divest themselves of Oslo’s obligations. They must implement the resolutions of the National and Central Councils to annul the Oslo and Paris Agreements, end security coordination, move beyond previous paths and rally around a unified struggle strategy that protects the land and the people. An appeal for global legal and popular action The Commission appeals to our people at home and in the diaspora, and to all the free people of the world and active elements, to move urgently to confront these schemes through: -The Legal Path: Prosecuting occupation leaders in international courts on charges of illegal annexation and ethnic cleansing. -The Political Path: Applying international pressure to impose economic and diplomatic sanctions on the settlement system. -The Popular Path: Escalating field activities and protests in all arenas to expose the policy of negation and displacement. The Commission holds the international community fully responsible for the consequences of this encroachment and asserts that the unity and will of our people is the rock upon which all conspiracies of annexation and displacement will shatter. The National Commission for Palestinian Popular Action comprises the
following organizations: Independent Figures The commission also includes several independent figures, notably: Hassan Khureisha *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Dozens of settlers defile Al-Aqsa Mosque under police guard Monday 9-February-2026 El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) Hordes of extremist Jewish settlers escorted by police officers desecrated Al-Aqsa Mosque’s courtyards on Monday morning and later in the afternoon, amid tight restrictions on the entry of Muslim worshipers to the holy site. According to local sources, 162 of the illegal Israeli settlers entered the Mosque in different groups through its Maghariba Gate and toured its courtyards. 419 other people also toured the Mosque’s courtyards under the guise of being tourists. During their tours at the Islamic holy site, the settlers received lectures from rabbis about the alleged temple mount and a number of them provocatively performed Talmudic prayers. Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation police imposed movement and entry restrictions on Muslim worshipers at the Aqsa Mosque’s entrances and gates and prevented many of them from entering the holy site. The Israeli occupation police have recently escalated restrictions on Muslims ahead of the holy month of Ramadan, issuing orders that have banned dozens of Palestinians from Jerusalem and 1948 occupied Palestine from entering the Aqsa Mosque. In a related incident, two Jerusalemite young men received renewable orders from the Israeli police today, banning their entry to the Aqsa Mosque for one week. *** UNRWA: Israeli measures in W. Bank fuel illegal Israeli settlement expansion and violence Wednesday 11-February-2026 AMMAN, (PIC) UNRWA has warned that the new Israeli measures in the occupied West Bank pave the way for accelerated expansion of illegal settlements, further undermining the future of Palestinians. These measures are a “recipe for increased control, hopelessness and violence,” UNRWA said on its X account on Wednesday. “These measures also mark a new blow against international law, setting dangerous precedents with global impacts,” UNRWA added. Last Sunday, the Israeli security cabinet decided to take a series of measures to impose Israel’s control over the entire West Bank. These measures include allowing the illegal Israeli settlers to purchase land in the occupied territories almost without limitation and without government oversight, according to Peace Now. Settlers will also be given the power to determine political facts on the ground without government intervention, a move that will open the door to an industry of forged real-estate transactions, Peace Now warned last Sunday. In addition, the cabinet decided to strip powers from the Palestinian Authority in al-Khalil City and Areas A and B of the West Bank. Peace Now said that these Israeli decisions “constitute a direct violation of the international agreements to which Israel is committed and are steps towards the annexation of Areas A and B.” Under the Interim Agreement (Oslo II) signed between Israel and the Palestinian Authority leadership in 1995, the occupied West Bank was temporarily divided into Areas A and B (about 40 percent of the West Bank), which were transferred to Palestinian control and administration, and Area C (about 60 percent of the West Bank), which includes Jewish settlements and remains under Israeli control until the signing of a permanent status agreement, which according to the agreement was supposed to be signed by May 1999. However, the Israeli occupation apartheid government is now seeking to ignore its international commitments and begin administrative operations inside areas of the Palestinian Authority. *** Final eviction orders for 11 apartments in Silwan threaten forced displacement of 60 Jerusalemites Tuesday 10-February-2026 El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) Israeli occupation authorities have issued final eviction notices to residents of 11 apartments in the Batn El-Hawa neighborhood of Silwan, south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, in El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), threatening the forced displacement of at least 60 Palestinian residents. According to the Wadi El-'Hilwa Information Center, joint teams from Israel’s Enforcement and Collection Authority, accompanied by Israeli occupation police forces, raided homes belonging to the El-Rajbi family in Batn El-Hawa and handed residents final eviction orders. The notices cite alleged “Jewish ownership” of the land on which the homes were built. The center said the orders target several residential buildings, including six apartments owned by Nidhal El-Rajbi, four apartments belonging to Ya'qoob El-Rajbi, and one apartment owned by Jerusalem resident Fat'hi El-Rajbi. The eviction deadline has been set for 23 March 2026, placing 60 people at imminent risk of losing their homes and being forcibly displaced. Residents of Batn El-Hawa have faced eviction proceedings for many years, following a series of rulings issued by Israeli courts at all levels, from magistrate and district courts to Israel’s supreme court, which has consistently upheld the decisions. Once court rulings are finalized, Israel’s enforcement authorities move to implement them on the ground. Earlier this month, on 3 February, Israeli authorities issued final eviction orders to Salah and Naa'eem Muragha for parts of their homes located on land Israel claims is Jewish-owned, as well as for a family parking area. The family was given 21 days to comply with the decision. Last month, the Enforcement and Collection Authority also delivered eviction warnings to residents of 32 additional apartments in the same neighborhood, under the same legal case, granting families 21 days before enforcement. For more than a decade, Batn El-Hawa residents have waged legal battles in Israeli courts after receiving sudden claims that the land belongs to Jews of Yemeni origin dating back to 1881. Despite presenting official documents and property deeds, Palestinian families have repeatedly lost their cases, with Israeli courts ruling in favor of settler organizations. The eviction orders are part of a broader settlement plan led by the settler group Ateret Cohanim, which seeks to take control of approximately 5.2 dunums of land in the central section of Batn El-Hawa, based on claims of historical ownership. Ateret Cohanim first served families with legal notices roughly a decade ago. The first eviction ruling was issued by a magistrate court in 2020, followed by a series of subsequent decisions, some of which have already been enforced in favor of settlers. The Wadi El-'Hilwa Information Center said Israeli authorities have seized properties over the years belonging to several Palestinian families, including Shi'hada, Sar'han, Ghaith, Abu Nab, Oada, Shuwaiki, El-Rajbi, and Basbous, under the same ownership claims. Since 2016, Ateret Cohanim has taken control of more than 30 residential properties in Batn El-Hawa, comprising dozens of apartments and homes. In recent months, eviction operations have intensified, alongside the systematic rejection of appeals submitted by affected families. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** Boycott campaigns target products that support Israel and expand its economic isolation globally Monday 9-February-2026 GAZA, (PIC) Anas Ibrahim, the general coordinator of the Global Campaign to Boycott Israel and its Supporters, Qati, reported that the campaign is preparing to launch a series of concentrated boycott campaigns targeting the most prominent consumer products associated with the month of Ramadan, which begins next week, as part of escalating economic pressure on Israel and the companies that support it. Ibrahim explained that the upcoming campaigns will include well known food products, beverages, and Ramadan juices, and will be implemented in a manner tailored to each country, taking into account differences in consumer habits and popular products from one society to another. He added in an interview with Filisteen newspaper on Monday that the national campaigns operating under the umbrella of Qati possess precise knowledge of the local market and of the companies involved in supporting Israel, which enables the effective targeting of boycotts, highlights safe alternatives, and supports local products. He clarified that the goal of these efforts is to create a real impact in isolating Israel, increasing the cost of its crimes, and reinforcing its global rejection, alongside supporting the Palestinian people, national products, and clean alternatives that are free of any connection to Israel or its economic system. Ibrahim pointed out that Qati launched, approximately two weeks before the month of Ramadan, a wide global campaign to boycott Medjool and Majhool dates, as part of continuing the path of economic pressure and alerting Arab and Islamic audiences, as well as free people around the world, to attempts by Israel to circumvent the boycott through manipulating the country of origin, packaging, and marketing to promote its products. He explained that the campaign tools varied between awareness raising, media, emotional, and collaborative efforts, focusing on highlighting the impact achieved by economic boycott as one of the most important forms of practical support for Palestine. This was in addition to educating consumers on the importance of checking barcodes and country of origin, and encouraging them to prioritize national products and local dates, given the availability of Arab and Islamic alternatives, and even alternatives from countries not involved in supporting Israel. Ibrahim revealed that the campaign launched at the beginning of the current year what it called the Boycott Calendar, a systematic timeline plan to organize campaigns and direct efforts in a thoughtful and gradual manner, by defining clear time periods to target specific products, ensuring sustained public momentum and achieving the greatest possible impact. He added that the campaigns also focused on highlighting the economic losses suffered by companies that support Israel, with the aim of motivating the public and strengthening confidence in the effectiveness of the boycott. Wide popular response Regarding the level of public interaction, Ibrahim said that the response included various consumer sectors, noting widespread engagement across the Arab and Islamic world, as well as Europe, America, Asia, and Africa. He explained that products of Israel and companies supporting it have become socially rejected goods, viewed as ethically and humanely forbidden, and even religiously prohibited among wide segments of society. He added that any company proven to be involved in supporting Israel, financially, politically, or through media, becomes a direct target of the boycott, turning these campaigns into a real burden on companies allied with Israel and disrupting their marketing and advertising plans. He pointed out that some advertising campaigns were met with angry reactions and resulted in counterproductive outcomes that increased public outrage. He noted that a number of celebrities who participated in promoting these products were subjected to wide boycott and criticism campaigns on social media, which damaged their public image, indicating growing public awareness and sensitivity toward any form of complicity with Israel. Divergence in official positions At the level of official interaction, Ibrahim pointed to a clear divergence, explaining that boycott is a legitimate and legally protected right under international law, yet activists in the United States and some European countries face legal and administrative prosecutions due to the influence of the Zionist lobby and its political and media pressure. In contrast, he affirmed that other European countries, along with most Arab and Islamic countries, are witnessing a more open environment toward boycott campaigns, allowing civil society and trade unions to operate with greater freedom. He highlighted the emergence of significant positions in recent periods, represented by strikes and movements by port workers in several countries who refused to turn their ports into bridges for transporting weapons or supplies to Israel. He referred to positions witnessed in ports in Spain, Italy, Belgium, Greece, Chile, and South Africa, considering them an expression of a living human conscience and a victory of moral values over political pressure. He noted that popular pressure contributed to pushing some governments to adopt more advanced positions, such as labeling settlement products or banning their import, and terminating contracts with companies involved in supporting Israel. A long-term strategic option In the context of the impact of the boycott, Ibrahim said that before the war of genocide, Israel was seeking to entrench itself as a normal entity in the region, but the war exposed its brutality and showed that it poses an existential threat to the entire region, which removed masks and deepened its political and moral isolation. He explained that boycott campaigns have expanded globally to the point that they now represent one of the most dangerous existential challenges facing Israel, referring to reports that spoke of the cancellation of a massive marketing campaign estimated at approximately 300 million dollars to promote Medjool and Majhool dates, following the failure of attempts to circumvent the boycott and a sharp decline in demand. Ibrahim confirmed that economic boycott is likely to continue and escalate, and should be transformed into a strategic option adopted by civil society and human rights institutions, trade unions, and activists, with the aim of isolating Israel and stripping it of any political or moral legitimacy. He added that the boycott will remain a duty even after the war stops, because it is a long struggle path that will not end until the Israeli occupation ends. He called on the masses of the Arab and Islamic nation and free people around the world to make boycott a way of life and daily behavior, warning that Israel, even if it changes its methods, will not stop its crimes as long as its policy is based on injustice and aggression. Ibrahim concluded by noting that the Qati campaign was established in October 2023 in response to global popular protests, and within a short period managed to transform into a specialized reference in economic boycott and a platform for coordinating efforts and launching qualitative initiatives. He explained that the campaign expanded to more than 15 countries and contributed, alongside other campaigns, to the closure or decline in performance of branches of major companies that support Israel, such as Carrefour, McDonald’s, and Starbucks, in a number of countries, confirming that boycott has today become an organized action. *** =============================================================================================================================== ÈöÓúãö Çááåö ÇáÑøóÍúãóÜٰäö ÇáÑøóÍöíãö "ãöäú ÃóÌúáö Ðóٰáößó ßóÊóÈúäóÇ Úóáóìٰ Èóäöí ÅöÓúÑóÇÆöíáó Ãóäøóåõ ãóäú ÞóÊóáó äóÝúÓðÇ ÈöÛóíúÑö äóÝúÓò Ãóæú ÝóÓóÇÏò Ýöí ÇáúÃóÑúÖö ÝóßóÃóäøóãóÇ ÞóÊóáó ÇáäøóÇÓó ÌóãöíÚðÇ" (ÇáúãóÇÆöÏóÉõ ¡ 5: 32). In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise comes, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.
